I give consent to the Administration of the Matbea service to use the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, data on gender, date of birth, citizenship, type of identity document (its series, number, date and place of issue). I give my consent to the provision and processing of my personal data solely for the purpose of my identification and verification of my legal capacity, as well as for storing all of the above data on electronic media.
Also, with this consent, I authorize the collection of my personal data, their storage, systematization, updating, use (including transfer to third parties for the exchange of information), as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by applicable law. It has been brought to my attention that the Matbea Service Administration processes my personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other applicable laws. In the event that any inconsistency exists, the Personal Data Protection Laws in force in the country of registration of the Platform will prevail over any inconsistencies for all users other than those who are residents of a Member State of the European Union, in which case prevail in in respect of any inconsistency will have the GDPR.
The term of this consent is unlimited. I confirm that by giving consent, I am acting without coercion, of my own free will and in my own interests.
